This is a seasonal local cuisine course meal .
The course uses seasonal ingredients in abundance.

 

You can choose between 'Kiritanpo Nabe' or 'Shotsuru Nabe' as the main dish.
‘Kiritanpo' is mashed rice wrapped around skewers and grilled. 'Shotsuru’ is soy-sauce-like fish sauce and ’Shotsuru nabe’ uses the sauce and Japanese sandfish.


You can also enjoy a variety of seasonal dishes including Sashimi and grilled dishes.

Kappo Kamesei Suppon Course

From 12,000 yen per person

This a course meal offers an abundance of Suppon (Softshell turtle).

Contents:
Jellied suppon, Seasonal appetisers, Assortment of seasonal fish, Grilled Skilfish in miso, Deep-fried dish, Squid and seasonal vegetables dressed with vinegared miso, Suppon nabe, Zosui (rice porridge), Seasonal Japanese sweets, etc.

*Fresh suppon blood (mixed with sake) on request.
*Reservations are required at least one week in advance.

Kappo Kamesei Pufferfish Course

From 15,000 yen per person

This is a course meal using Fugu (Puffer fish).

Contents:
Jellied Puffer fish, Seasonal appetisers,  Puffer fish sashimi, Deep-fried puffer fish, Puffer fish nabe (with homemade ponzu), Zosui (rice porridge), Seasonal sweets, etc.

*Includes a glass of sake flavored with grilled fish fins.
*Acording to the day's stocks, grilled sperm sacks of puffer fish (depending on the market value) can be available for an extra charge.
*Reservations required at least one week in advance.

Crab nabe is the main dish of this course meal.

Several seasonal appetiser, Crab sashimi, Grilled Skilfish marinated with miso, Crab tempura (2 pieces), Seasonal steamed dish, Crab nabe, Sosui (rice porridge), seasonal Japanes dessert, etc.
